Our MOQ is 1 tonne per SKU for standard products. For OEM / private-label orders requiring custom bags or formulations, the MOQ may be 3–5 tonnes depending on the complexity. We always try to accommodate smaller test orders for new customers.
Yes. We offer free product samples (approx. 1–2 kg per product) to qualified B2B buyers. You only pay the courier fee. Samples are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Please use the Contact page to submit your sample request.
For standard products, lead time is typically 10–15 business days after order confirmation and deposit payment. OEM orders with custom packaging may take 20–30 days. We can offer expedited production for urgent requirements — please discuss this with your account manager.
Absolutely. OEM and private label are a core part of our business. We can print your brand's logo and design onto any of our bag styles (stand-up pouches, flat-bottom bags, paper bags, woven bags, etc.). We work with your design files or can arrange design services. MOQ for OEM bags typically starts at 3 tonnes.
Our factory holds ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and our products comply with REACH regulations for the EU market. We can provide SGS test reports, COA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS, and other documents upon request. Our bentonite litter is also tested to be safe for cats per GB standards.
We ship worldwide by sea (FCL or LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx for samples). Most orders are shipped FOB Qingdao or Shanghai. We can also arrange CIF delivery to your nearest port. For Europe, transit time is typically 25–35 days by sea.
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit T/T and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term customers with good credit history, we can offer NET 30 or LC at sight. We accept USD, EUR, and CNY. PayPal is available for small sample payments only.
Yes. We offer a wide selection of fragrance options including lavender, green tea, baby powder, apple, unscented, and more. Custom fragrances can be developed with a small surcharge. Granule sizes can also be adjusted within our standard production ranges.
