🧬 How We Do It

Three Engineering Approaches to Lower Your Landed Cost

Bulk Cat Litter
FIBC ton bag loading
01

FIBC Ton Bag Direct Supply

FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) bags are the standard format for bulk raw material export across all industries. For cat litter wholesalers and repackagers who operate their own filling lines, ton bags eliminate the entire cost layer of retail packaging — material, printing, filling labour, and the lost container space from irregular bag shapes.

⚖️ Capacity options: Standard 500kg, 750kg, and 1000kg FIBC. All variants fitted with inner PE liner for moisture protection, discharge spout at base for gravity-feed filling lines, and lifting loops rated to 5× safe working load.
🔒 Product integrity: Inner PE liner welded and heat-sealed at fill — moisture ingress below 0.5% during standard sea freight transit tested over 45-day simulated voyage. COA and moisture certificate issued per bag batch.
📋 Documentation: Each FIBC shipment includes full COA, batch number, production date, and net weight certificate — all required for repackaging operations and downstream retail compliance.
💡 Best suited for: Wholesalers with in-house filling lines, pet product importers with regional distribution warehouses, and large retail chains that repack under private label on arrival.

Container Load Optimization — Every Cubic Metre Counts

Most freight forwarders load containers by product, not by physics. We apply density engineering — understanding whether each product is weight-limited or volume-limited — to calculate the exact palletizing configuration that maximizes both the tonnes loaded and the container space used simultaneously.

🥔 Weight-limited products (bentonite, ~950 kg/m³): Hit the container payload limit (26.5T for 40HQ) before filling the volume. We optimize by maximizing bag stacking height and using low-profile Euro pallets (144mm) instead of standard (160mm), recovering ~1.5T per container.
🌿 Volume-limited products (tofu/cassava, ~550 kg/m³): Hit the container volume limit (67.7m³ for 40HQ) before reaching payload limit. We minimize headspace through compression packaging and optimized pallet height to fill every available cubic metre.
🔀 Mixed-product containers: Heavy products on lower pallets (centre of gravity control), lighter products stacked higher. Density complementarity — pairing a weight-limited with a volume-limited product in one container — can increase total load by 12–18% vs two separate single-product containers.
📊 Load plan deliverable: Every order receives a formal Container Load Plan (CLP) showing pallet layout, product weight distribution, centre of gravity, and utilization percentage — required by most international freight forwarders for customs declaration.

Production-Linked Scheduling — Your Slot Is Locked

The most common source of import delays is not ocean transit — it is late production. We eliminate this risk by linking your order to a confirmed production slot, not a lead time estimate. You know your ship date before you pay your deposit.

📅 12-week rolling production schedule: Shared with all repeat clients as a read-only production calendar. You can see your slot, the slots before and after yours, and any planned maintenance windows — enabling you to book vessel space with confidence 6–8 weeks in advance.
📦 Buffer stock for key SKUs: We maintain 50–100 tonnes of finished goods stock for the 10 most-ordered SKUs. If your production slot is delayed for any reason, buffer stock ships immediately to protect your receiving schedule.
🚢 Multi-port flexibility: Your cargo can be routed through Qingdao, Yantai, Shanghai, or Tianjin depending on vessel availability and schedule. This multi-port capability means a missed sailing at one port does not delay your shipment by a week.
📈 Result: 99.4% on-time shipment rate on a rolling 12-month basis. "On-time" defined as cargo loaded on the confirmed vessel booking, not estimated lead time.

❓ FAQ

Logistics Questions We Hear Most Often

Minimum order for FIBC ton bag supply is 10 tonnes (10 × 1000kg bags or equivalent). This represents a partial container load that we can ship as LCL at standard pricing — no surcharge for the partial load. Full 20GP or 40HQ container orders are available for all product types and formats. For first-time bulk buyers, we recommend a 10-tonne trial to validate your receiving infrastructure before committing to a full container.
Yes — we produce a formal Container Load Plan (CLP) for every order, showing pallet layout, product weight distribution, centre of gravity, and utilization percentage. For a preliminary estimate before you place an order, contact us with your product mix, bag sizes, and destination port. We will calculate your optimized load within 24 hours, including estimated freight savings vs your current loading configuration.
We offer FOB (Qingdao, Shanghai, Yantai, or Tianjin), CFR (cost and freight to destination port), and CIF (cost, insurance, freight). For CIF, we arrange freight through our volume-rate agreements with COSCO, MSC, and Evergreen — rates that are typically 8–15% below spot market for repeat volume clients. We can also pre-arrange destination customs brokerage in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US through our logistics partner network.
Our on-time shipment rate is 99.4% on a rolling 12-month basis, measured as "cargo loaded on the confirmed vessel booking date." This is a stricter definition than most suppliers use — we do not count a one-day delay as on-time. The 0.6% of late shipments are primarily caused by weather-related port closures or vessel schedule changes outside our control, not production delays. In all such cases, we rebook the next available sailing within 48–72 hours.
Every FIBC ton bag is filled with an inner PE liner that is welded and heat-sealed after filling — creating a moisture barrier independent of the outer woven PP bag. We measure moisture content before and after filling, and issue a moisture certificate per bag batch. In our 45-day simulated transit test, PE-lined FIBCs show moisture ingress below 0.5% — within the COA specification for all products. For destinations with particularly challenging humidity (Southeast Asia, Middle East), we specify a thicker liner gauge (80μm vs standard 60μm) at no extra charge.
Yes — multi-SKU and multi-format container consolidation is a standard service. For example, a 40HQ container might contain 12 tonnes of bentonite in FIBC ton bags, 8 tonnes of tofu litter in 10kg retail bags, and 4 tonnes of pine litter in 20kg bags — three different products, two different formats, one container, one shipping document. We produce separate COAs and packing lists for each SKU within the consolidated shipment. Minimum 3 tonnes per SKU within a consolidated container.
